100g butter
80g Brown sugar
1 egg
130g whole wheat flour
20g Cocoa powder without sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 Tablespoons of pistachios
100g Molten white chocolate

Preheat the oven a 170ºC
Mix the butter, sugar and egg. In another bowl mix the flour, cocoa and baking soda. Then combine both mixtures and mix.
Pour onto the baking mat giving a round shape and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool
Pour melted white chocolate threads over the cookie and sprinkle over chopped pistachios
