Pork skewers with apricot

400 gr (14 oz) of pork
1 ut of green pepper
1 ut of white onion
Fresh coriander
2 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp apricot pulp
2 tbsp soy sauce
Black pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the Microwave Grill XL for 3 minutes in the Microwave full power (900W).

    2. Cut the pork, the bell pepper and the onion into 2 cm cubes and form skewers, inserting the pieces.

    3. Place the skewers in the Microwave Grill XL and cook in the microwave, at a maximum power of 900W, for 10 minutes.

    4. Chop the coriander and mix it with the brown sugar, the apricot pulp, the soy and the black pepper.

    5. Serve the skewers with the sauce prepared above. Ready!
