Pumpkin, oat and turmeric donut

What you need

Cooked pumpkin
300 g
Buckwheat flour
100 g
Oats
170 g
Soy yogurt
200 g
Eggs
4
Baking powder
1 tbsp
Honey
200 g
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp

For the topping:

White chocolate
200 g
Turmeric
2 tsp

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Place the pumpkin with the eggs, the yogurt, and the honey in a bowl and mix until you get an even mixture.
  3. Add the oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until all ingredients are combined. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in the chambers of the Mold for donuts.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. Leave to cool and remove.
  7. For the topping, melt the white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and place it back in the microwave for another 20 seconds until the chocolate is liquid.
  8. Place 1/3 of the melted chocolate in a separate bowl and add the turmeric. Mix until all the chocolate is yellow in color.
  9. Coat the donut with the white chocolate, and add a few decorative lines with the white chocolate and turmeric mix. Ready to eat!
