100 g of chocolate fondant

65 g of butter

2 medium eggs

50 g sugar

100 g of almond flour

¾ teaspoon of baking powder

Así puedes prepararlo

Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave at medium power or in bain-marie.

Beat the eggs with sugar until they double their volume, and add the chocolate mixture with a spatula in an enveloping way.

Add the almond flour and the baking powder, stirring mgently until obtaining a smooth dough.

Fill the moulds with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 º C for 12 minutes.

Unmold when lukewarm.
