Mini almond and pistachio cakes

100 g unbeaten egg whites, 100 g icing sugar, 50 g butter, 40 g ground almonds, 30 g flour, almonds and pistachios (tbsp)

Así puedes prepararlo

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC. Whisk all the ingredients together except the butter. Heat the butter over a low heat until it is golden and add it to the mixture, mixing well. Fill the moulds and decorate with the almonds and pistachios. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from mould when cold.
