90 g flour ¼ sachet baking powder 60 g sugar 2 eggs 100 g of melted butter 1 tablespoon orange flower water 1 tablespoon honey

Así puedes prepararlo

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is white and fluffy. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift the mixture and add to the beaten eggs. Stir until you obtain a smooth mixture. Finally, add the melted butter and the orange flower water. Pour the batter into the mould and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180ºC. Turn out while still hot. Eat them warm. Recommendation: leave to stand in the fridge to get soft mini madeleines.
