Asian fried cauliflower rice

What you need

200g of cauliflower
60g of carrot
60g of onion
2 eggs
100g chicken or tofu
30g of green pepper
30g of red pepper
Fresh chives
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cut the onion, carrot, green pepper, red pepper and chicken into small cubes. Reservation.
    2. Crush the cauliflower flowers with the Veggie Ricer and cook in the Steam Case with a spoonful of soy sauce for 4 minutes.

    3. Sauté the chicken or tofu until golden brown and reserve.

    4. In a pan sauté the vegetables and reserve.

    5. In the same pan, cook the eggs stirring and leaving it as loose as possible, add the cooked cauliflower, the chicken, a little soy sauce and the chives.

    6. Before serving and out of the fire add the sesame oil and serve.
