What you need

200g cauliflower
2 eggs
Tomato sauce

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Grind the cauliflower florets using the Veggie Ricer.
    2. Add salt and pepper, then place in the Steam Case and cook for 4 minutes in the microwave (800W).

    3. Prepare poached eggs with the Egg Poacher.

    4. Heat a small amount of tomato sauce.

    5. To serve, place the cauliflower rice on a plate, add the tomatoes, and top with the eggs.
