Ingredients
- 250 gr. Vegetable or chicken broth
- 50 gr. White onion
- 50 gr. Red pepper
- 50 gr. Carrot
- 1 glove Garlic
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 80 gr. Old bread
- 1 ud. Cayenne pepper
- 50 gr. Heavy cream
- 300 gr. Cooked chicken
Method
- Hydrate the bread with the broth and set aside.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot and red pepper and place them in the Microwave Cooker.
- Cook in the microwave, at full power, for 5 minutes.
- Add the hydrated bread with the broth to the Microwave Cooker.
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes more at full power.
- Fray chicken or cut into cubes and add, with the heavy cream, to the Microwave Cooker.
- Cook for 2 minutes more in the microwave at maximum power. Remove and ready to enjoy!
