What you need

150g / 5,3 oz butter at room temperature
100g / 3,5 oz brown sugar
1 egg
260g / 9,2 oz sifted flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
5g / 0,2 oz baking soda
1 pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 356º F.
    2. In a bowl, mix the butter, cinnamon, salt, ginger, brown sugar and egg.

    3. Add the baking soda and flour gradually until you obtain a smooth dough. Form a ball and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

    4. Use a rolling pin to spread the dough over a silicone baking mat to the thickness of 5mm. Leave to rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    5. Form the cookies with your favourite cookie cutter, bake at 180ºC / 356º F for 15 minutes, and leave to cool.

    6. Decorate the cookies however your want.
