Chocolate Ice Cream - Choco power in every bite!

Prep Time: 30 min + freezing
Makes: 4 ice lollipops

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 g icing sugar
  • 125 ml double cream
  • 80 g good-quality dark chocolate

Method

  1. 1. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Important: Do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Remove from the heat, add 50 g of chopped chocolate, and stir until melted.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool, then add the cream and mix well. Once chilled, stir in the remaining chocolate.
  5. 5. Fill the Ice Lollipop moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
  6. 6. Once out of the freezer, wait 3 minutes before removing the ice lolly from the mould.
  7. 7. Your chocolate ice lollipops are ready to enjoy!
