Orange & Mango Ice Cream

Sunshine scoops of fruity fun!

Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 30 min + freezing
Makes: 4 ice lollipops

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 30 g / 1.06 oz honey
  • 125 ml / 4.23 fl oz whole milk
  • 125 ml / 4.23 fl oz heavy cream (35% fat)
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ mango
  • 2–3 strawberries

Method

  1. 1. Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice.
  2. 2. Blend the zest with honey, cream, milk, and cornstarch.
  3. 3. Add the orange juice and blend again.
  4. 4. Fill the Ice Lollipop moulds with the mixture and add small cubes of fresh mango and strawberries. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
  5. 5. Once out of the freezer, wait 3 minutes before removing the ice lolly from the mould.
  6. 6. Your orange and mango ice lollipops are ready to enjoy!
