Microwave onion chips in 8 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Soaked chickpeas 75 g
  • Raw potato 75 g
  • Salt 1⁄2 tsp
  • Dehydrated onion 1⁄2 tbsp
  • Powdered garlic 1⁄4 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1⁄2 tsp

Method

  1. Peel and cut the potato into small pieces. Place the cooked chickpeas, potato, salt, onion, parsley and garlic in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
  3. To enhance the flavour, sprinkle dehydrated onion in the mix.
  4. Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 4 more minutes.
  5. Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
