Microwave onion chips in 8 minutes!
Ingredients
- Soaked chickpeas 75 g
- Raw potato 75 g
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp
- Dehydrated onion 1⁄2 tbsp
- Powdered garlic 1⁄4 tsp
- Dried parsley 1⁄2 tsp
Method
- Peel and cut the potato into small pieces. Place the cooked chickpeas, potato, salt, onion, parsley and garlic in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
- To enhance the flavour, sprinkle dehydrated onion in the mix.
- Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 4 more minutes.
- Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
