Pickled Tex-Mex

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

What you need

100 g /3,5 oz of green peppers
300 g /10,5 oz of tomatoes
2 g /0,1 oz of Herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1/2 clove of garlic
50 g /1,8 oz of white onion
15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt
100 g /3,5 oz of bottled water

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Mince all the vegetables and mix with the herbs and cumin. Place in the jar and press down with the disc.
    2. Mix the salt and water together and add to the jar, checking that the vegetables are completely submerged.

    3. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
