1 round pizza dough base
125 g dark chocolate coating
25 g butter
100 ml condensed milk
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 ºC.
2. Spread the dough onto the round pizza mat with a rolling pin.
3. Place the mat on an oven rack (or on a perforated tray) and place in the middle of the oven. Wait approx. 10 minutes until the crust is crunchy.
4. Place the chocolate in a bowl, add the butter and heat in the microwave for 1 min. at 800 W. If it has not melted, repeat the process in one-minute intervals. Mix so that the chocolate sauce is homogenous.
5. Spread the sauce on the baked crust to cover the entire surface.
6. Put the condensed milk in the Decopen and draw a spiral covering the entire pizza like a spider web.
