Ingredients

  • 750 ml fresh cow's milk
  • 3 lemon
  • sweetened yogurt Zest of 1/2 lemon

Method

  1. For the cheese: 1. Heat the milk and yogurt 14 min in the microwave at max. power (800w) 2. Watch how it precipitates and mixes with the help of a slotted spoon. 3. Let cool at room temperature for approx. 30 minutes. 4. Filter the cheese over the sieve, add the lemon zest and squeeze with a spoon to shape it. 5. Cover and let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. For your application: 1. Unmold 2. You can apply on cookies, toast or cut into cubes and prepare an appetizing fruit salad.
