Quinoa and chickpeas burger

Your grilled food, done in the microwave!

Ingredients

  • 100g cooked quinoa
  • 100g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 egg white
  • 50g onion
  • 1 cumin
  • Salt / Pepper
  • 10g cornflour
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the Microwave Grill, for 3 min. at maximum power (900W), in the microwave.
  2. Finely chop the onion and crush the chickpeas.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and let the mixture rest.
  4. Divide the mixture of lentils and quinoa and make two hamburgers. With a brush, spread a little olive oil on each side of the burgers and sprinkle them.
  5. Place the burgers in the Microwave Grill, introduce it for 7 minutes to the microwave. Remove it, serve it and ... ready to enjoy!
