Apples Stuffed with Black Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 golden apples
- 2 black “morcillas”
- 30 g of butter
- 4 spoonfuls of sweet wine
- Salt, pepper, cinnamon
Method
- Cut the apples in half and empty them.
- Peel the “morcillas” and cut them into 8 pieces.
- Stuff the apples with the “morcilla” and season it with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
- Put the white wine and the apples at the bottom of the papillote.
- Put a small ball of butter on each apple and bake at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
