What you need

½ julienned carrot

½ julienned raw beetroot

Fresh mint

Fresh basil

Mix of lettuces or lettuce leaves

½ cup of mushrooms

2 tablespoons of soya bean sprouts

Así puedes prepararlo

1.       Julienne the carrot and the beetroot.

2.      Sauté the mushrooms.

3.       Place all of the ingredients in the Salad Shaker bowl.

4.       Prepare the vinaigrette in a separate bowl and add to the salad.

5.      Cover the bowl with the silicone lid and shake.


  1. Tritura los kikos y reserva.


  2. En un bol, añade todos los ingredientes, la vinagreta y revuelve bien.
