500 g of milk, 100 g sugar, 40 g starch, 100 g of egg yolks

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Mix 460 gr of milk and sugar in the Ogya XL. Cook for 6 minutes in the microwave at full power (800W). 2. In another bowl, pour 40 g of milk, starch and mix until homogenized. 3. Beat the yolks and add them to the mixture. Stir up. 4. Add this mixture inside the Ogya. Stir and cook 45 seconds more. 5. Stir continuously until the cream is formed. 6. Cool in the fridge covered with cling film in contact with the cream
