For the burger:

Así puedes prepararlo

500g (1 lb 1,5 oz) chicken
1 egg
1. Peel and chop the garlic and the mint leaves and mix with the meat and other burger ingredients.
 
2. Make 4 hamburgers.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Yogurt sauce:

1. Chop the tomato and onion and season with salt and olive oil.

2. Mix the yoghurt with the lemon and a pinch of salt.

3. Serve on top of the hamburgers with the mint and parsley leaves.

      Pica finamente el tomate la cebolla y reserva.


    2. Mezcla el picadillo de tomate con el yogur, sal, limón, aceite de oliva y sirve sobre las hamburguesas.
