Egg with broccoli and smoked salmon

Enjoy a different way of eating broccoli!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Smoked salmon
- Two or three broccoli florets
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill for garnish
Method
- Add the broccoli to the Microwave Ovo in small pieces with a tablespoon of water and half a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for 20 seconds at 800W.
- Crack the egg without the shell inside the Microwave Ovo and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the smoked salmon in pieces around the yolk.
- Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for another 30 seconds at 800W.
