Ingredients

  • 85 g of icing sugar
  • 30 g powdered almonds
  • 30 g flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 45 g butter
  • 1 g of liquid vanilla

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220º C. Beat the sugar, flour and powdered almonds in a bowl. Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat the egg whites without whipping them. Carefully blend with the mixture of sugar, flour and almonds. Gently stir in the melted butter and the vanilla. Pour the mixture into the financiers mould. Bake the financiers for 12 minutes, until golden. Leave to cool and then turn out.
