Grouper in papillote

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of grouper (or perch or sea bass), cut in cubes.
  • ½ Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Onion
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of rice
  • Vinegar

Method

  1. Slice all the vegetables in julienne strips
  2. Place the vegetables and the fish in the Steam Case.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of rice vinegar (you can also previously heat the water to dissolve the honey).
  4. Grate the ginger and add to the vegetables (be careful because ginger is quite strong and spicy).
  5. Cook in the oven at 200º for 30 minutes.
  6. Open the Steam Case for 5 minutes to brown the vegetables and fish and serve immediately.
