Grouper in papillote

¡Pescado al papillote en menos de 10 minutos!
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of grouper (or perch or sea bass), cut in cubes.
- ½ Courgette
- 1 Carrot
- ½ Apple
- ½ Onion
- Fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of rice
- Vinegar
Method
- Slice all the vegetables in julienne strips
- Place the vegetables and the fish in the Steam Case.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of rice vinegar (you can also previously heat the water to dissolve the honey).
- Grate the ginger and add to the vegetables (be careful because ginger is quite strong and spicy).
- Cook in the oven at 200º for 30 minutes.
- Open the Steam Case for 5 minutes to brown the vegetables and fish and serve immediately.
- Deja reposar 1 min el Estuche cerrado y sirve.
