What you need

1 1/2 eggs 75 g condensed milk 150 g semi-whipped cream (35% fat) 150 ml lemon juice

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Pour the condensed milk into a pan. 2. Add the egg yolks and mix. 3. When they have bound, add the lemon juice and continue stirring. 4. Add the semi-whipped cream, bind with the other ingredients and pour into the mould. 5. Pour the mix into the mould stirring lightly so that ice does not crystallize, and place it the freezer for two and a half hours.
