1 chicken breast. 1/2 aubergine. 1 tablespoonful maplesyrup. 1 teaspoonful old style mustard. A pinch of cumin. A pinch of salt. Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

Peel the aubergine, cut it into dices and put it into the Vapour Cook with salt, mix and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain the aubergine juice. Add the chicken breast, sprinkle with cumin and add some olive oil. Close the Cook and put it in the oven at 180 ºC for 10 minutes. Open the Cook and add maple syrup, the mustard, salt and pepper. Serve in a dish and cut the breast into slices.
