Spaghetti with sautéed vegetables

What you need

Spaguetti
160 g
Onions/div>
40 g
Carrots
60 g
Green asparagus
70 g
Red pepper
60 g
Roasted cashews
30 g
Olive oil
 
Salt
 
Water
 

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Cut the onion, red pepper, and carrot into small cubes and the asparagus into 2cm pieces.
  2. Add the cut vegetables to the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker and add two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of water, and a pinch of salt
  3. Stir, cover, and microwave for 6 minutes at 800 W. Once cooked, place in a separate container.
  4. Microwave the spaghetti in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker.

  5. Once finished, drain the spaghetti and mix with the cooked vegetables and chopped cashews.

  6. Once finished, drain the macaroni and mix with the previously cooked vegetables and chopped cashews.

Complete the dish with other nuts or sunflower seeds.

Garnish with paprika or chopped parsley.
