What you need

4 Eggs 80 gr. Sugar 500 gr. Cream 8 Strawberries 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Así puedes prepararlo

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until moist and light. Slowly add the beaten cream, and then the beaten egg whites, blending the mixture well until the batter is smooth and spongy. Before filling the mould, add the strawberries chopped into small pieces. Fill the Princess mould with the batter and put it in the freezer until well set (at least 5 hours). Turn out of the mould and serve on a platter surrounded by fruit cubes.
