200 g of liquid cream
2 eggs
4 yolks
300 g of milk
40 g of grated cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 courgette
1 carrot
3 asparagus

Así puedes prepararlo

Mix the cream, the milk, the eggs, the yolks, the cheese, the salt and the pepper.
Put the sautéed vegetables previously salt and peppered into the mould, fill with the mixture and bake in the oven at 100ºC for 40 minutes.
