- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Place the peeled and sliced beetroot in a bowl with the soy drink and mix until you get an even mixture. Press (strain) and get as much juice as possible. Set aside.
- Mix the gram flour with the water in a bowl and beat until you get a foamy and airy mixture.
- Add the soy drink, butter, vanilla essence, and beetroot mix into the previous mixture.
- Add the wheat flour and salt to the previous mixture, beat until you get an even mixture.
- Place the mixture in each chamber of the Mold for donuts using a spoon or a piping bag.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- Leave to cool and remove.
- For the topping, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients to form an even mixture.
- Dip one side of the donut and leave to rest until the topping hardens. Ready to eat!
