What you need

250 g of whole spelt flour
170 ml of water
6 g of salt
5 g of fresh yeast or 3 g of baking powder for bread
40 g of walnuts
30 g of grated coconut

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Put all the ingredients in the Bread Maker and knead until you get a consistent and elastic dough.
    2. Cover it with a cloth so it does not dry out and let it rest for an hour and a half at room temperature.

    3. Preheat the oven at 220ºC. Put the bread in and cook it for 25-30 minutes.

    4. Take the bread out and let it cool on a rack.


      You now have your delicious Spelt bread with walnuts and coconut ready to eat!
