Sweet potato and ginger cream

Prepare this seasonal sweet potato cream!

What you need

700g of sweet potato
50g of ginger
200g of cream
100g of Figueras' onion
300g of chicken or vegetable stock
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
30g of olive oil

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Finely chop the onion and ginger. Chop the sweet potato.

    2. Place the vegetables in the Deep Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 12 mins (800W).

    3. Remove the vegetables from the Deep Steam Case and mix them with the cream, stock, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    4. Place the mixture back inside the Deep Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 2 more minutes.


      A delicious seasonal sweet potato and ginger cream ready to serve in 15 minutes!
