Tofu and curry sausages

Delicious homemade vegan tofu sausages!

What you need

Carrot
100 g
Potato, peeled and cut
75 g
Onion
50 g
Olive oil
20 ml
Tofu
100 g
Chopped almonds
20 g
Gluten-free buckwheat flour
25 g
Curry (tandoori masala)
1 tbsp
salt
1 tsp

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Peel and cut the carrot, potato and onion into small pieces. Place in the Steam Case with the olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.  
  2. Place the previous mix in a bowl with the tofu, salt, curry and blend to get an even mix.  
  3. Cut the almond into very small pieces and add to the previous mix together with the flour, until all the ingredients are combined. 
  4. Pour the mix in the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes before removing the sausages. 
  5. For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).
