Watermelon and basil ice cream
- 11.2 oz watermelon.
- 6.5 oz yogurt.
- 0.2 oz lime zest.
- 1.1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
- 0.7 oz brown sugar (optional).
Así puedes prepararlo
Place in a bowl: 1.7 oz sliced watermelon, 1.1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 0.7 oz basil, and 0.4 oz brown sugar (optional).
Mix all the ingredients together with a blender.
Put the mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then add 0.3oz lemon zest at room temperature.
Fill the outside part of the mould. This way, we will imitate the watermelon's rind.
Fill with the mould's holes with chia seeds.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 1 hour.
Now mix 19.5 oz of watermelon chunks, the plain yogurt, and 0.7 oz brown sugar (optional) together with a blender. Fill the mould up to the mould's line.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
