Curried brown rice with vegetables and chicken

What you need

4 oz. brown rice
8 oz. water
3.5 oz. turkey breast
2 oz. carrot
2 oz. onion
0.7 oz. mushrooms
1 oz. green bell pepper
1 oz. red pepper
1 oz. cabbage
0.2 oz. garlic
0.7 oz. curry
2 oz. coconut milk

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Cook 120 g of brown rice with 300 ml of water in the Quinoa & Rice Cooker for 18 min in the microwave at maximum power.
  2. Dice the chicken, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and cabbage.
  3. Sauté the vegetables and chicken in a frying pan at high heat.
  4. Add the curry, the coconut milk and a little water to the frying pan with the vegetables and chicken.
  5. Add the brown rice once cooked in the frying pan, mix and serve.
