Roast Salmon With Vegetables & Yoghourt Sauce

A delicious roasted salmon with vegetables... and yoghurt!

What you need

1 fillet of salmon, approximately 5 oz

2 oz carrot

3.5 oz courgette

½ natural yogurt, approximately 2 oz

2 spoonfuls of water

2 spoonfuls of olive oil

Fresh parsley

Salt/Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the Steam Case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
  2. Wash the salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper, and place it over the carrot and courgette in the case. Microwave at 800W for 2.5 minutes.
  3. Lastly, chop the parsley and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve the salmon on a bed of vegetables and the yogurt sauce.
