Roast Salmon With Vegetables & Yoghourt Sauce
A delicious roasted salmon with vegetables... and yoghurt!
1 fillet of salmon, approximately 5 oz
2 oz carrot
3.5 oz courgette
½ natural yogurt, approximately 2 oz
2 spoonfuls of water
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
Fresh parsley
Salt/Pepper

- Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the Steam Case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
- Wash the salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper, and place it over the carrot and courgette in the case. Microwave at 800W for 2.5 minutes.
- Lastly, chop the parsley and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the salmon on a bed of vegetables and the yogurt sauce.
