Classic creamy ice cream

Prepare the homemade version of this classic ice cream!

What you need

Cream
150g (5,2 oz)
Agave syrup
75g (1,7 oz)
Vanilla
To taste
Black chocolate
150g (5,2 oz)
Huile de coco
15g (0,5) oz

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Semi-whip the cream.
  2. Add the agave syrup and vanilla to the cream and mix. 
  3. Pour the mix into the Classic Creamy ice cream molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the silicone container for 10-20 second intervals at full power in the microwave. Repeat until the chocolate has melted.
  5. Add coconut oil to the chocolate and mix until it is even.
  6. Remove the ice cream from the mold and dip it in the chocolate.
  7. Rest until the chocolate hardens, ideally on a silicone mat
