Creamy yogurt and red fruit ice cream

What you need

Greek yogurt
100g (3,5 oz)
Whipping cream
50g (1,7 oz)
Sugar
50g (1,7 oz)
Vanilla
To taste
Red fruit jam
50g (1,7 oz)
Ruby chocolate
150g (5,2 oz)
Coconut oil
15g (0,5 oz)
Freeze-dried fruit (raspberry)

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla. 
  2. Fold in the yogurt with a spatula.
  3. Half fill the Classic Creamy ice cream molds with the mix, add the jam or fruit coulis, and finish filling the mold with the yogurt and cream mix.
  4. Freeze the ice cream for 4-5 hours.
  5. Melt the ruby chocolate in the silicone container for 10-20 second intervals at full power in the microwave. Repeat until the chocolate has melted.
  6. Add coconut oil to the chocolate and mix until it is even.
  7. Remove the ice cream from the mold, dip it in the chocolate and sprinkle with the freeze-dried fruit.
  8. Leave to rest until the chocolate hardens, ideally on a silicone mat
