Greek yogurt and caper dressing
Ingredients for preparing greek yogurt:
800 ml refrigerated milk
80 g culture (powder or natural yogurt)
Ingredients for preparing the dressing:
200 g Greek yogurt*
1 tbsp capers
1⁄2 tsp parsley
1⁄2 tsp powdered garlic
1⁄2 tsp lemon juice
*If you decide to prepare it at home, you do not need to add it to the purchase list

Pour 800 ml of refrigerated milk into the translucent container.
Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 7 minutes (80 ºC).
Let the milk cool for 30 minutes (52 ºC).
Add 80 g of culture.
Place the translucent container with the silicone lid in the thermal insulator.
Ferment for approximately 8 hours.
Remove the container from the thermal insulator and pour the yogurt into another container.
Place the filter over the translucent container and pour in the yogurt.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Ready to enjoy your Greek yogurt!
Prepare the dressing in these simple steps:
Retrieve 200 g of your previous preparation.
Chop the capers finely.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it with the spoon-spatula until the mixture is uniform.
