2 uds. de merluza
Rayadura de limón
2 uds. de pera
una pizca de sal / pimienta

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Peel the pears and cook them for 4 minutes at 800W in the Steam Case with tray in the microwave.

    2. Grate the lime and lemon peel and mix with salt and a little pepper. Sprinkle the hake and place on the filter.

    3. Cook for 4 minutes at 800W on the Steam Case with tray's tray, on top of the pears.

    4. Crush the pear. Place it as a bed on the plate and finally place the hake and serve.
