What you need

Homemade granola (3-4 servings):

Oats
150g
Mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios...raw and unsalted)
50g
Varied seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds...)
30g
Dried fruit to taste(blueberries, apricots, figs...)
A handful
Powdered cinnamon
1/2 tsp.
Mild olive oil or coconut oil
1 tbsp.
Honey
1 tbsp.
Date paste
40g
Dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes
(Optional)
Kefir
600-800g (150-200g per serving)

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Chop the oats in a mortar or using a blender, with the nuts and seeds, leaving some larger pieces.
  2. Add the oil, honey, and date paste, stir and spread the mixture, in an even layer no more than 1 cm thick, over the Baking Mat on an oven tray.
  3. Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180º with the fan, stir it a couple of times so that it is baked evenly and is well roasted. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. Add the dried fruit to taste, coconut, and if you fancy chocolate chips.
  5. For a full breakfast, fill the jar of the Jar To Go with the kefir, about 150-200 g.
  6. Put the homemade granola in the collapsible container, about 50 grams will be the ideal serving.
