Mediterranean-style cauliflower sausages
Delicious vegetarian cauliflower sausages. Quick and easy!

- Blend the basil with the walnuts, oil, cauliflower, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Cut the sundried tomato and black olives into very small pieces. Combine these ingredients with the previous mix, together with grated cheese and rice flour, using a spatula.
- Pour the contents into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).
