Mediterranean-style cauliflower sausages

Delicious vegetarian cauliflower sausages. Quick and easy!

What you need

Cauliflower
300 g
Sundried tomato
100 g
Basil
60 g
Cloves garlic
2
Black olives
50 g
Walnuts
40 g
Oregano
 
Parmesan cheese
100 g
Eggs
2
Olive oil
60 ml
Rice flour
40 g
Salt & pepper
 

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Blend the basil with the walnuts, oil, cauliflower, eggs, salt and pepper. 
  2. Cut the sundried tomato and black olives into very small pieces. Combine these ingredients with the previous mix, together with grated cheese and rice flour, using a spatula. 
  3. Pour the contents into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes. 
  4. For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).
