Nut Vinaigrette

Ingredients


25 ml of wine vinegar
Salt
75 ml of olive oil
1 tbsp of toasted and chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp of toasted and chopped almonds
1 tsp of honey
Ground pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  • 1. Open the Dressing Shaker, fill with vinegar to the first line (25 ml) and add the salt.
    2. Close and shake the product to dissolve the salt.
    3. Re-open the product and add the olive oil to the fourth line (75 ml).
    4. Add the hazelnuts, almonds, honey and pepper.
    5. Close the product and shake it like a maraca to emulsify.
    6. Enjoy your vinaigrette!

    Tips:
    If you prefer, you can substitute the wine vinegar with lemon juice, apple vinegar or any variety you like.
    You can make your vinaigrette using your favourite nuts - pistachios, pine nuts, cashews, walnuts, etc.
