4-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup chocolate
Making ice cream at home:
INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 vanilla pod (the seeds)
1. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a bowl, pour it into a saucepan cook for 3 minutes at medium heat, stirring continuously (don’t let it boil, heat at about 176ºF).
2. Remove the pod, cool, fill molds, and freeze.
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Leave to stand at room temperature until the ice cream is soft.
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
3. Very carefully, pour the chocolate and melted ice cream into the molds at the same time trying to keep them from mixing. Place in freezer until solid.
