What you need

Ingredients


2 u. Zucchini
½ Red Pepper
½ Green Bell Pepper
¼ Aubergine
½ Onion
1 u. Garlic
1 tblsp. Fried Tomato Sauce
1 u. Tomato
Rosemary
Basil
Thyme
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cut the zucchini into 3 parts.
    2. With the help of the Veggie Cup, empty the zucchini and reserve the filling.

    3. Cook the empty zucchini in the oven for 15 min. at 180 °C.

    4. Finely chop all the vegetables and the remaining zucchini.

    5. In a pan, sauté the vegetables and add salt and pepper.

    6. Fill the zucchini cups with the sauté of vegetables. Ready to enjoy!
