Roast Salmon With Vegetables & Yoghourt Sauce (serves 2)
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of salmon, approximately 150g
- 50g carrot
- 100g courgette
- ½ natural yogurt, approximately 60g
- 2 spoonfuls water
- 2 spoonfuls olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt/Pepper

- Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
