Ingredients
55g of butter at room temperature
1 egg
50g of sugar
40g of dark chocolate
40g of flour
8g of yeast (1/2 a pack)
10g of ground almonds
A pinch of salt

1. Mix the chocolate and the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave at full power (800w) for 1-2 minutes.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until their volume doubles and add them to the previous mixture. Mix gently and add the flour, yeast and the sieved salt.
3. Mix in all of the ingredients with circular movements, put the almonds into the dough and distribute it amongst the two moulds.
4. Preheat the oven and bake at 160°C in the middle shelf for approximately 20-25 minutes.
5. Leave to cool and then turn out.
6. You can decorate them using toppings, candies, chocolate chips, smarties etc.
