1 egg 30g butter 50g sugar 30g flour 40g semi-bitter chocolate 40g chopped walnuts

Así puedes prepararlo

  • 1. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave (thaw mode) and leave to cool. 2. Add sugar, eggs, flour and chopped walnuts and pour into the mould. 3. Bake in a hot oven (180-200ºC or gas mark 6 or 7) for 10 to 15 minutes, (depending on type of oven). 4. Lower temperature of oven and bake until top looks crunchy. 5. While it’s still warm, cut brownie into 3- or 4-cm chunks after you’ve taken it out of the mould, using a smooth-blade knife. Sieve icing sugar over the top.
