300 g of hearts or bottoms of cooked artichokes -2 oranges
80 g black olives
1 teaspoonful of Argan oil
1 spoonful of olive oil
1 teaspoonful of powder paprika
1 spoonful of sliced almonds
Salt and pepper
Do it this way
Roast the almonds gold in the oven or frying pan.
Peel and cut the shallot. Peel the oranges and slice them. Remove the leaves of the artichokes.
Put the artichokes, oranges, shallot and black olives into the papillote, add salt, pepper and paprika and heat up the mix in the oven at 180 º C for 5 minutes, or in the microwave at max. power for 1 minute.
Serve and season it with lemon juice, oil and almonds.
