Ingredients
4 jelly leafs
200 ml whipped cream
200 ml milk
120 g sugar
4 instant coffee teaspoonfulls
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Hydrate the jelly leafs in a bowl with water.
2. At the same time, mix the whipped cream, the milk, the sugar and the coffee in a bowl and divide it in 4 MinuteCakes.
3. Bake each MinuteCake in the microwave for 1 minute at 800 W.
4. Add a hydrated jelly leaf in each MinuteCake and mix it in until it’s melted.
5. Preserve in the fridge for 1 hour approximately until it cools down.
SUGGESTION: You must use instant coffee, don’t use ground coffee. If you increase the quantity of jelly you will obtein a thicker mixture.
